Liberta pierde con Deportivo Táchira
En el partido de ida por la primera fase de la Copa Libertadores de América, Libertad cayó derrotado de visitante 1-0 ante el Deportivo Táchira de Venezuela. El gol lo marco Armando Maita en el primer tiempo y fue superior el equipo local en esa etapa del encuentro. Libertad exhibió poco de lo que ah acostumbrado al su público en el campeonato local. Algunas subidas de Miguel Samudio por el extremo izquierdo fue lo único que le ofreció Libertad al espectáculo ya que sus delanteros prácticamente no tuvieron jugadas claras al arco contrario. Javier Torrente sigue demostrando que poco le agrega al partido mas allá de la entrega y el talento de sus jugadores el técnico carece de personalidad y de estrategia ante rivales como lo fue el Deportivo Táchira. La vuelta se jugara la próxima semana en Asunción.
Libertad lost to Deportivo Táchira
In the away match of the first phase of the Copa Libertadores, Libertad lost 1-0 against Deportivo Táchira of Venezuela. The goal came in the 36th minute of the first half by Armando Maita and the home team was superior to its rival in that part of the game.
Some attacks by the left wing Miguel Samudio were the only attempt of trying to get to the opposite goalkeeper. Libertads´ fowards did not have a good night and never had a chance against a defense that was always in the right place and never gave away a ball. Javier Torrente keeps showing that he doesn’t contribute much to this team full of young stars and talent but he doesn’t give the team a strategy against teams such as Deportivo Táchira. The home game will take place next week in Asuncion.
