Chilavert entre los mejores arqueros

José Luis Chilavert, ex arquero de la selección paraguaya, nacido futbolísticamente en Luque y con su mejor momento en Vélez de Argentina fue ubicado por el IFFHS entre los mejores arqueros durante 1987 y 2009. José Luis se ubica sexto puesto del ranking y solo es acompañado por otro sudamericano el brasilero Claudio Andre Taffarel aunque también cerca del final del ranking aparece otro paraguayo y el actual capitán y arquero de la selección, Justo Wilmar Villar.
